Tomorrow morning March 22nd is the monthly board meeting held at DWA’s office 9710 SW Windmill ST 10:00am, you can join via zoom as well. We have many topics on the agenda. One of the topics is going over the proposed budget for next fiscal year (it starts July 1st) this won’t be voted on by the board until Aprils board meeting and then after that it will be sent out to you all the (shareholders) in your May bill so you can vote to approve or not at the June annual meeting.
Keep an eye out as we are sending information regarding the annual meeting with every bill up to June that being the last one.
REMEMBER, WE CAN’T PASS THE BUDGET, CHANGE BY-LAWS OR ELECT NEW BOARD MEMBERS WITH OUT YOUR VOTE! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!

No matter how you join please try to show five minutes before the meeting starts so (April the press) can get the meeting started on time.
