FRIDAY LETTER JUNE 6, 2024

FRIDAY LETTER JUNE 6, 2024

DWA building.

In the 2023/2024 budget we had made a budget for improvement to the DWA building/office to replace the skirting that had been wrecked by Racoons. We hired Vashon Custom Homes to do the job, they showed up this week and completed the job replacing the South facing wall East wall a little around the corner on the North wall and the West wall. Richard Singer the owner came through for us again if you remember we hired him to tear off and replace the roof system over the old office that was under built and failing giving that part of the building a new lease on life.

Vashon Custom Homes has done a great job both times and came in on budget!

DWA board member Paul Witherspoon and I will be painting the new skirting in an effort to save money.
