STORM DAMAGE 2021
During last weekend’s wind storms and torrential rain the top of an alder tree down at the spring broke of and amazingly did not smash two well point’s to pieces number’s 13 and 15, coming down on top of them and only breaking off the hose connection’s made for easy fix. Thirty minutes with a chain saw and tossing the debris off to the side replacing the broken hose fitting’s had the two well points back in service (After letting them run for a couple of hours). This is a fine example of why we touch down all of those alder tree’s a couple years ago down at the springs, if those two well points had been smashed to the point where I couldn’t fix them department of health would not let us replace those well points to the same standard they currently are.

The generator down at the springs and the new generator at the booster pump station that we installed this last year have been working perfectly during all the power outages we have had keeping us in water and in compliance with department of health in sustaining the minimum 33 P.S.I that we are required to have in distribution at all times.
Good news on all fronts! Hope it holds for the rest of the year.
