At its April meeting, the Board approved the 2023 Operating and Capital budgets to recommend to shareholders at the annual meeting, in June. You can find the summary and detail budgets, here.
Also during the April meeting, the board decided to modify the finacial reporting schedule. Beginning immediately, the Treasurer will present the “Financial Summary” on a quarterly basis. At each monthly meeting the Treasurer will report cash reconciliation — book balances vs. actual bank account balances. As a result, Financial Summaries will be published in July (4th quarter/End of Year), October (Jul-Sept 1st Qtr), January (Oct-Dec 2nd Qtr) and April (Jan-Mar 3rd Qtr, includes full-year forecast). Proposed Budget will be reported in May, following Board Approval in April.
