DWA has been informed that a company called Doxo has contacted Shareholders to offer the ability to pay DWA bills online. Doxo is a third-party bill pay service. Doxo is not affiliated with DWA and is different from the direct online payment system now offered by DWA. Doxo charges additional fees for its services; DWA does not have any control over those fees. In addition, payments processed through Doxo may arrive late to DWA, resulting in incorrect charges on future bills.
The DWA Board encourages all DWA Shareholders to pay directly online or by mail to avoid excess fees and/or late payments.
