REMINDER: First meeting of the HDSR&PS is THIS FRIDAY, June 14, 10am (arrive early!) At the Dockton Water building.
PLEASE COPY & PASTE the URL for this POSTING and mail to your neighbors. Our current mailing list is 34 people. We should aim for 100 (even 200) members of the community to be involved in this initiative!
Ideally, this 1st meeting will be casual yet productive. We should not attempt any significant decisions at this meeting. More about engaging, sharing and preparing for the “starting blocks”. Ideally, everyone involved with the “society” will be enrolled as a member of at least one committee. The committees will do their “homework” and report back at the general meetings.
Here’s a suggested AGENDA for the first meeting. We will review, approve and/or modify this agenda at the beginning of the meeting.
