FRIDAY LETTER NOVEMBER 4, 2022

Back-up operator.

Skylar took and passed his last test W.D.M1 (water distribution manager 1) to become our back-up operator. Northwest waters are currently our back-up operator, now we can terminate that contract.

Skylar now has both of his certification’s that are required by Department of health to be our back-up operator, because we now have a filtration plant for sandy shores well Dockton water’s operator is required to have at minimum a W.D.M 1 cert. and W.T.P.O 1 cert. and a C.C.C.S cert. (cross connection control specialist). as a back-up operator Skylar will only need the first two but he is planning on getting his C.C.C.S cert. as well.

D.W.A building

The last of the D.W.A upgrades were completed last week just in time for the rain.

New gutters and down spouts were installed and hooked up to existing drain lines that take the water away from the building by Vashon Gutters. they did a great job! That completes this years funded projects for the building.

Winter is here! Remember to turn off all of your outside sprinkler systems, protect your faucets and associated plumbing.

BUTTON DOWN THE HATCHES! IT’S GOING TO BE WET AND WINDY PERFECT WEATHER FOR THOSE INSIDE PROJECTS STAY WARM AND DRY! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
